The weightlifting platform is made of HEAVY DUTY 40 mm square steel tube and powder coated for extra durability. One piece of 40 mm thick polished plywood in the center with non-slip coating for foot stability during lifting. Thick Rubber tiles on both sides so that when the barbell set is dropped, will help to absorb the shock & also protect the training material. Features handle on all four sides for attaching the straps to hold the barbell set so that it doesn’t roll when not in use. Size: 3 m x 3 m
